The Welcome Cocktail marks the first social event for all conference delegates. This relaxing evening provides an opportunity to engage with colleagues and peers while enjoying local beverages and a variety of cold and hot canapés.
The Welcome Cocktail is included in all Registration Types.
Tour & Conference Dinner

We will gather at 15:30 in the Venue Hotel lobby and depart promptly in air-conditioned coaches for a guided tour, including visits to the Kourion Ancient Amphitheater, Limassol Castle, and a walk through Limassol city. Our professional guide will provide insights into the history of Cyprus, with a special emphasis on Limassol. Dinner will take place at a traditional tavern in the city center, offering excellent Cypriot cuisine, along with local drinks and desserts. During the meal, we will enjoy an entertaining performance by traditional dancers from a local group.

The Accompanying person fee of € 200.00 (Early) € 240.00 (Late) applies for Accompanying Person who will not participate in the sessions and includes the following:
Lunches on all meeting days, Welcome Reception, and Tour with Conference Dinner.
