SyNERGY MED 2024 Announces Deadline Extension for Paper Submissions | News Announcement 25/04/2024

The new deadline for Full Paper submissions to the 3rd International Conference on Energy Transition in the Mediterranean Area (SyNERGY MED 2024) is 29 May 2024, inviting prospective authors to be part of the critical energy transition in the region through their contributions.

 

The Organising Committee and General Chairs of the 3rd International Conference on Energy Transition in the Mediterranean Area (SyNERGY MED 2024) are extending the deadline for full paper submissions until 29 May 2024. This new deadline will replace the existing deadline of 29 April 2024, offering a month-long extension to prospective authors, who are invited to submit a Full Paper ranging between 3 to 5 pages.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported and submitted their contributions to the Conference so far. For those who have already submitted a paper, feel free to use these extra weeks to make any adjustments or edits to your contribution if you so wish.

The 2024 edition of the Conference, which is scheduled to take place between 21-23 October 2024, in Limassol, Cyprus, aims to substantively build upon the previous two conferences, in service of delivering a major energy platform in the region. It is being organised by the University of Cyprus, with the support of the PHAETHON Centre of Excellence, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Western Macedonia, the University of Cagliari, and the IEEE University of Cyprus Student Branch.

As in previous years, the Conference is benefitting from technical sponsorship by the IEEE Power & Energy Society, while the scientific quality is strengthened by the launch of new Special Issues in the leading journals Renewable Energy and Sustainable Energy Grids and Networks.

SyNERGY MED 2024 Keynote Speakers Confirmed | News Announcement 10/01/2024

The 3rd International Conference on Energy Transition in the Mediterranean Area (SyNERGY MED 2024) is scheduled to take place between 21-23 October 2024, in Limassol, Cyprus.

The Conference aims to address the vast technological changes in the areas of renewable energy, smart grid technologies, grid integration, low-carbon buildings and energy communities, energy policy, cybersecurity, and social science issues. In this respect, it will substantively build upon the previous two conferences, in service of delivering a major energy platform in the region.

The Organising Committee and General Chairs of SyNERGY MED 2024 are delighted to confirm the below Keynote Speakers, to provide insight into and facilitate discussion around the key topics of interest to the Energy Challenges in the Mediterranean area:
